Puspita is an HR professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources and administration. She has also worked closely with the investment team for over 3.5 years, actively involved in various investment-related activities and contributing to cross-functional coordination within the organization.

In her role with the investment team, she has been actively involved in investment processes, coordinating due diligence activities, ensuring investment compliance, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Her ability to bridge operational and investment functions adds significant value to the organization’s overall workflow and execution.

Prior to joining her current role, she held HR roles across different organizations, where she gained extensive experience in organizational operations and people management.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the State University of Bangladesh and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Islamic University of Chittagong.

Puspita is known for her proactive approach, collaborative mindset, and ability to take ownership of diverse responsibilities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and listening to music.
