Hridoi Saraff

Hridoi is a young Investment Executive at Startup Bangladesh Limited, where he assists the Investment and Portfolio Management Team in conducting due diligence, developing financial models, and preparing investment memos for potential investments, as well as supporting post-investment growth. With a strong academic foundation, Hridoi graduated from North South University with a BBA in finance, which gave him comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis and management.

Hridoi worked for around a year at BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited before taking on his current role. During his time with BRAC EPL, he developed expertise in the capital market, financial instruments, and settlement procedures, further refining his analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Sadman Osman

NAZIA TUBUSSUM

Nazia joined Startup Bangladesh Limited with more than 4 years’ experience of working in the government sector of Bangladesh. Previously, she held the role of National Consultant of Finance for the a2i Programme of the ICT division, the Cabinet Division and UNDP.  Through working in the a2i programme in various capacity, she was directly involved with conducting due diligence on potential investments, analyzing their markets and financial projections, and negotiating deal terms for startups.

Nazia completed her MBA in Finance & Banking from Jahangirnagar University and is a self-motivated individual with judgment and an innate ability to solve financial and accounting problems. She has extensive experience with Financial Statements audits, reviews, compilations and audits for Governmental organizations.

Md. Mamun Miah

Md. Mamun Miah boasts over 8 years of experience in accounting and auditing, making him a highly motivated and results-oriented professional. SHIB DHAR

Shib is an IT specialist with over 10 years’ experience in Tech Services organizations with expertise in Domain/Email/Website setup and migration, SSL, CDN, CICD and holds wide knowledge of Cloud Hosting providers. Prior to this role, he was the IT Infrastructure Engineer of Shaikevich Technology. Previously, he held managerial and administration & training coordinator roles in Greenland Training Center limited, Concitus after starting his career with Rangs Motors Ltd. Moreover, he was one of the Top Rated Freelancers on Upwork for a long time.

Md. Anowar Jahid

Having 10+ years of experience in portfolio investment and fund management in the Venture Capital Industry in Bangladesh, Jahid joined Startup Bangladesh Limited in December 2021. Before that Jahid have worked in the banking industry for a short span of time.

Prior to joining Startup Bangladesh Limited, Jahid worked with two leading Venture Capital organization in Bangladesh named BD Venture Limited (BDVL) and Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited (BVCL). Working in Venture Capital Industry, his areas of working were on but not limited to screening deals, analyzing Financial Statements, preparing & reviewing investment proposals, performing due diligence on potential investments, structuring and making deals, managing and monitoring portfolio companies, fund raising activities under Alternative Investment (VC, PE & Impact) Rule.

Nafis is a creative marketing professional with expertise in marketing, advertising and public relations. He brings over 9 years of experience in working with Multinational Corporations, Development & Government Sector including Asiatic MCL, Bitopi Advertising, Blues Communications Etc. Prior to this role, he was the team leader of the Mujib 100 website design, launch preparation & all digital marketing communications of the landmark campaign. Most recently he held the lead role of Mighty Byte Limited’s Brand management team and previously worked with a number of reputed local Marketing & Advertising Agencies which helped to garner his skills as a brand executive.
